5. Plug the power adopter of the parent node in a socket and turn it on.

Connecting your parent node to child nodes;

1. Keep the child nodes in the same room where your parent node is for the default setup. If you have more than one child nodes they can connect to each other. Just the twist is that they should be in the range of your parent node and each other. One of the child nodes should be in the range of the router.
2. Put the child nodes to a power source, if the white LED light turns on it means that the child nodes is on.
3. The child nodes will automatically connect to the router.
4. If the blue LED light turns on it means that child nodes is connected to the router.
5. If the amber LED light turns on it means that the child nodes is not connected to the router.
6. If the LED turns amber then take out the child nodes from the socket and place it more near to the router.
7. Press and hold for two minutes the sync button at the back of the child nodes. Then repeat the step two.

Login to your parent node through the Nighthawk app firstly you need to download the nighthawk app from the app store or the play store.

1. Open your play store or app store.
2. In the search bar search for nighthawk.
3. Click on download. Open the app.
4. Chooses the option mesh child nodes.
5. Wait until the app detects the child nodes.
6. It will automatically detect enter your user name, which you can find on the user manual or at the bottom label of the router.
7. The main interface of the parent node appears.
